ROMP with Pi Zeta

I had such a great time at the Rush Our Moms Party (ROMP) potluck on August 19th that I forgot about taking photos until we were leaving Adelphi Commons! If you haven’t attended one of these, the purpose is to allow the Pi Zetas to practice their recruitment skills on their moms and alums. The large room hummed with conversation, the girls were decked out according to one of the outfit requirements this year, and it was great to see some of the moms who had attended past ROMPs. As we potential “recruits” filed in, we were met by smiling Pi Zeta Delta Zetas singing and clapping. It was scary and at the same time exhilarating! What an outstanding group of young women. I hope you will help with or at least attend the ice cream social in October and the taco-salad buffet next March so you have a chance to interact with them. Some were nervous but most were excited about gettiing new sisters for Delta Zeta. And all in all, they did a great job. I would be honored and thrilled to be asked to become a Pi Zeta.
